A successful project starts with a comprehensive and safe work plan, carefully crafted before our crews even arrive on-site. At SCS, our team of highly skilled and experienced Project Managers meticulously plan, execute, and oversee every aspect of the job.

Our job planning process includes:

Job Briefs and Hazard Analysis: Conducted before the workday begins, at midday, and whenever site conditions change.
Crew and Visitor Participation: Every crew member and visitor to the work zone is briefed and required to sign in to acknowledge the job plan.
Enhanced Job Briefs: In 2015, we introduced an improved job brief format designed to encourage more open discussion. This revision makes it easier for team members to identify, share, and address potential risks clearly and effectively.

AUDITING

At SCS, we perform documented audits to assess compliance with both industry standards and our internal safety protocols. Success in this program relies on active participation across all levels of the organization. From Foremen to Executives, team members visit jobsites to evaluate performance firsthand.

We employ a collaborative, team-based approach to auditing, encouraging peer involvement to provide an additional perspective. The results of these visits are shared with the crew and their supervisors to foster transparency and accountability. These experiences are invaluable, helping us strengthen our existing safety culture and continuously enhance performance.
